Payments:

If you are paying monthly, the monthly assessment beginning January 1, 2025 is $43.00. A late fee of $15.00 will be charged to any account that has an outstanding balance after the 10^th of the month. Fees can be paid by:

Mailing a $43.00 check to the HOA at the address listed below.
Using your bank's bill pay services to send $43.00 to the HOA.
Using Zelle to send $43.00 to accounting@pebblecreekhoa.info.
OR using PayPal on this page. The email account associated with our PayPal account is hoa@pebblecreekhoa.info.

If you use PayPal there is a PayPal fee added to your payment. Whatever the payment method you use, it’s solely your responsibility to get your payment in on time. You can use the “Contact Us” option to ask accounting a specific question.

Pay by PayPal: Use the process below to submit a payment using PayPal. If you have difficulty getting a payment to process with PayPal then use another method to send in your payment.

	1) HOA Monthly Assessment Payment - $ 43.00 If you are paying monthly through PayPal, the monthly assessment beginning January 1, 2025 is $43.00 plus the PayPal fee of $2.06, bringing the total through PayPal to $45.06.
	2) Replacement Pool Key $25 - $ 25.00 A replacement pool key costs $25.00 plus PayPal's fee of $1.41 for a total of $26.41. Email us to arrange pickup.
	3) Other Payments - Amount $ Any other fees you need to pay the HOA
